Retraction Notice
We regret to inform our readers that the paper titled “EMPIRICAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SOCIAL COHESION AND ECONOMIC GROWTH IN PAKISTAN: A Time Series Analysis by Rabia ZAFAR*, Asghar ALI** and Zunaira KHURSHID***, has been retracted.
The retraction has been issued following claims made by Dr. Zahid Pervaiz regarding the authenticity of the content. Our editorial committee conducted a thorough investigation of the claim. During the investigation, we discovered that the paper in question was originally published in a picture format therefore the standard plagiarism detection methods were ineffective in detecting plagiarized material at the time of its initial submission and review.
Upon re-evaluation, we came to know that the paper contains significant portions of plagiarized content. We are committed to upholding the integrity of the scientific record and, as such, have decided to retract this paper.
We sincerely apologize to our readers and the scientific community for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are taking steps to prevent such occurrences in the future and are grateful to Dr. Pervaiz for bringing this matter to our attention.
