Abstract
The growth, inequality and poverty relationship has been of a variable nature in Pakistan.
This enables quantification of the impact of different factors on the level of inequality and incidence
of poverty. Based on this quantification, it is estimated that there has been a very big
increase in the incidence of poverty in Pakistan in 2022-23.
